How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Lanier AC-230n Multifunctional Laser Device

The toner cartridge replacement in your Lanier AC-230n Multifunctional Laser Device is a very easy procedure, which won`t take you more than 15-20 minutes for complete execution. Initially, you must turn off your printer and unplug its power cord. After 5-10 minutes, you must open the front cover and remove the exhausted toner cartridge by pulling it towards you. Once the exhausted/empty toner cartridge is out of the printer, you must unpack the new cartridge, and then shake it 5-6 times horizontally, in order to loosen the toner inside. Now, you must grab the new toner cartridge by its handle and slowly insert it into the toner cartridge slot until it locks into place. Finally, you can close the front cover and test your Lanier AC-230n Multifunctional Laser Device.

When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Lanier AC-230n Multifunctional Laser Device?

Your Lanier AC-230n Multifunctional Laser Device is equipped with a built-in system, which is constantly monitoring the toner cartridge status. When the monitoring system detects a toner cartridge related abnormality, it will display an appropriate message specifying the occurred toner cartridge problem. If the cartridge`s toner level is too low, you will see the following message ‘’Toner Low’’ appearing in the control display, and the status indicator will be blinking in red. You should replace the toner cartridge in the above situation, because the print quality will be gradually decreasing after the initial appearance of the ‘’low toner’’ warning message. If you decide to continue using the printer with the nearly exhausted toner cartridge, the remaining toner will be consumed very soon, and one of the following messages will be displayed ‘’Toner Empty Replace Toner’’ or ‘’Replace Toner’’. Please note that all printing operations will be suspended in the above situation. You must also replace the toner cartridge in your Lanier AC-230n Multifunctional Laser Device, if any of the following ‘’lifespan’’ warning messages appears in the control display: ‘’Toner Exhausted’’, ‘’Toner Exhausted Replace Toner’’, or ‘’Toner Exhausted Replace Toner 1’’.
