BIZHUB C252 BLACK TONER CARTRIDGE

The Konica Minolta BizHub C252 Laser Printer generates full-color images by combining toner from the four installed toner cartridges. The machine will display one of the listed messages if a toner cartridge-related abnormality occurs.

[Please install toner cartridge and close all doors] – You must make sure that the indicated toner cartridge is installed correctly, and then close all printer doors. Please replace the indicated toner cartridge if the problem persists.

[Toner cartridge (X) needs to be replaced soon.] – The Konica Minolta BizHub C252 Laser Printer has detected that the X toner is about to run out. You must make sure that you have a replacement toner cartridge of the indicated color in stock. The new toner cartridge should be installed soon in order to be avoided print quality problems.

[There is no Toner] – The Konica Minolta BizHub C252 Laser Printer cannot print or copy because the indicated toner cartridge is empty. You must replace the specified toner cartridge. 

Initially, you must open the front door of the laser printer, and then unlock the exhausted toner cartridge by pulling its locking tab up. Next, you must remove the exhausted toner cartridge by pulling it slowly towards you, and then take the new toner cartridge out of the protective bag. After that, you must redistribute the toner by shaking the new cartridge several times from side to side, and then insert the new component into the corresponding slot until it snaps into place. Now, you must clean the electrostatic charger wire by sliding the charger-cleaning tool several times along the cleaning channel, and then return the charger-cleaning tool to its original position. Please note that you must replace the filter of your Konica Minolta BizHub C252 Laser Printer if you are installing a new Black toner cartridge. Finally, you must close the front door of the laser printer.
