Afterwards put the envelopes in the copier with the address side faced down. Carefully insert the envelopes as far as they will go. Then change the guides according to the width of the paper stack.

To register one-touch speed dialing select [Additional Functions]. Then use the arrows to find [ADDRSS BOOK SET] and select [OK]. Afterwards confirm that [1-TOUCH SPD DIAL] is displayed and press [OK]. Then select a one touch speed dialing key (01 to 23) in order to enter a fax number and then enter [OK]. You will be required to confirm that [TEL NUMBER ENTRY] is displayed and press [OK]. Then enter the fax number you want to register and select [OK]. The next step is to confirm that [NAME] is displayed and press [OK]. Finally enter the name of the destination using the keys and press [OK] and press [STOP] to return to standby mode.
