When do I Replace a Developer Material in the TOSHIBA E-STUDIO 600 Laser Printer?
There are various signals indicating the need of a Developer material change in your Toshiba E-STUDIO 600 Laser Printer. The most common signals are all including a certain worsening of the printed image`s quality. You can notice a background fogging, blurred images, blank copies, solid copies, multiple white bandings, or various black bandings on the printed image. In all of the above cases, you may have to replace your Toshiba E-STUDIO 600`s Developer material.
How to replace a Developer Material in the TOSHIBA E-STUDIO 600 Laser Printer
The replacement procedure of the developer material in your TOSHIBA E-STUDIO 600 Laser Printer includes the complete disassembly of several other components. You can find the complete procedure below in the exact order of execution.

Initially, you must remove both front upper and front lower covers. You can remove the upper front cover by turning both hinge pins to point at the front side and then pulling them upwards. Once the front upper cover is out, you can take off the lower cover by lifting it up.

The second component on the disassembly list is the front right inner cover. You can take off the front right inner cover by removing its holding screws and then pulling it towards you.

Next for disassembly is the toner cartridge drive unit. You must disconnect the connector and loosen the screw of the bracket. After that, you must take off the bracket, pull down the fixing pin and rotate it by 90 degrees in clockwise direction. Now, you will be able to pull out the toner cartridge unit up to 30-40 degrees from the main printer`s unit and take it off.

The fourth component on the disassembly list is the toner recycle unit. Initially, you must remove 2 screws to take off the left inner cover, and then you must detach the connector. Now, you must remove both side screws, and then you will be able to take off the toner recycle unit by pulling it towards you. Please note, that you must avoid excessive vibrations and toner spillage, while attaching/detaching the toner recycle unit.

The last component disassembly, before the actual developer material replacement, is the Developer unit disassembly. Once the toner recycle unit is out, you must release the developer unit lock by rotating the L-shaped shaft upward. Now, you will be able to take off the developer unit by detaching its connector and pulling it out in direction towards you.

After the complete disassembly of the above five printer components, you can proceed with the developer material replacement. Initially, you must take off the top cover of the developer unit by removing both screws. Now, you can discharge the old/exhausted developer material by tilting the developer unit and rotating the gear on the rear side. After that, you can unpack the new bottle of developer material and pour it in, while rotating the rear side gear. Finally, you must return all printer components to their original places by following the above procedure in reverse order, and then you can test your TOSHIBA E-STUDIO 600 Laser Printer.
