DSM-651 STAPLE CARTRIDGES

Finisher 3000M (50-Sheet Staples)

Initially, you must open the front cover of the Finisher 3000M, and then pull the staple unit out. After that, you must carefully remove the staple cartridge holder from the staple unit, and then pull the upper unit of the staple cartridge holder up. Now, you must remove the empty staple cartridge from the holder, and then insert the new staple cartridge into the holder until it clicks into place. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must push the upper unit of the holder down, and then remove the protective tape from the new staples by pulling it away from the holder. Once the new staple cartridge is installed, you must insert the staple cartridge holder back into the staple unit, and then insert the staple unit into the Finisher 3000M. Finally, you must close the front cover of the finisher.

Booklet Finisher (Saddle Stitch)

You must start the replacement procedure by opening the front cover of the Booklet Finisher. Then, you must pull the staple unit out of the Finisher. After that, you must lower the lock/release lever of the staple cartridge holder, and then take the holder out of the staple unit. Now, you must pull the upper section of the staple cartridge holder up, and then remove the exhausted staple cartridge by pulling it away from the holder. Next, you must slide the new staple cartridge into the holder until it locks into place, and then push the upper section of the holder down. Once the new staple cartridge is inserted, you must remove its protective tape, and then insert the staple cartridge holder into the staple unit. Finally, you must raise the lock/release lever of the staple cartridge holder, return the staple unit into the finisher, and then close the front cover.

Finisher 3000B (100-Sheet Staples)

In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must open the front cover of the Finisher 3000B. Then, you must unlock the staple cartridge holder by pulling its releasing lever towards you. Next, you must take the staple cartridge holder out of the finisher and place it on a flat, leveled surface. After that, you must open the cover of the holder, and then insert the new staple cartridge. Now, you must close the cover of the holder, and then pull out the protective ribbon. Once the protective ribbon is removed, you must insert the staple cartridge holder into the finisher, and then finalize the replacement procedure by closing the front cover of the Finisher 3000B.
