Konica Minolta Bizhub 20P Review
The Konica Minolta Bizhub 20P is essentially the printer element taken out of the multifunctional Konica Minolta Bizhub 20 and stripped of the additional paper handling hardware that included an additional paper tray and a document glass that allowed for scanning and copying. What remains is a 32 page per minute printer that, for a couple hundred dollars, delivers a respectable amount of bang for the buck.
With a 32 page per minute print speed, the Konica Minolta Bizhub 20P remains up to par with the current standard in laser printing. The units maximum monthly duty cycle runs a little on the low side at 30,000 pages, but this is only barely below average for the device’s price range.
The Konica Minolta Bizhub 20P does not really outright disappoint in any particular aspect, but the device, overall, is the hardware equivalent of some printers from brands such as Brother and Canon that can cost about forty dollars less than the Bizhub. If you truly prefer the Konica brand over the more popular Canons, then this is the device for you, but if you’re looking to shave off a notable amount from the overhead cost, you might be better off looking elsewhere.
