Lanier LD238c Toner Cartridge Set

Your Lanier LD-328c Laser Copier is equipped with a built-in system, which is constantly monitoring all four toner cartridges. Once the system detects a low toner level in any of the installed toner cartridges, you will see the following message ‘’ [Cartridge], [Cartridge] Almost Empty ’’ reappearing in the control display, where [Cartridge] will be replaced with the color of the exhausted toner cartridge. You must replace the exhausted toner cartridge/cartridges, when the above warning message appears. Otherwise, the remaining toner will be completely consumed very soon, you will see the following message ‘’No toner: [Cartridge], [Cartridge]’’, and all printing/copying operations will be disabled. The printing quality will be also affected during the ‘’low toner’’ period. Herein, you should always keep a spare set of toner cartridges for your Lanier LD-328c Laser Copier.   

You must start the toner cartridge replacement procedure of your Lanier LD-328c Laser Copier by opening the upper right cover. Then, you must locate the exhausted toner cartridge and detach its locking hook. Now, you must remove the exhausted toner cartridge by pulling it up and then towards you. Once the old/exhausted toner cartridge is out of the printer, you must unpack the new one and then shake it 7-8 times horizontally. After that, you must insert the new toner cartridge into the slot with the metal contact area in front, but be careful not to touch the contact area of the toner cartridge.  In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must slowly push the new toner cartridge until the locking hook snaps on the metal contact area. Finally, you can close the upper right cover and test your Lanier LD-328c Laser Copier.
