Brother MFC-465CN Review
This color inkjet printer is a multi-functional unit that will suit small business and home office needs. Many businesses opt for smaller units, primarily because space can be an issue. Smaller printers take up less room, but they can also require more frequent toner changes. The compact design ensures that your office isn’t cluttered with bulky equipment, allowing for a neater, cleaner floor plan. While it does compromise on space, it doesn’t compromise on quality. You’ll get the highest-quality printouts, copies, faxes and scans, which will raise productivity in the office, and result in higher profits.
The price varies from store to store, but is considered extremely reasonable; even the smallest home offices and businesses will be able to afford this one.
The paper tray is extremely undersized for office use. Even very small businesses tend to use more than 500 sheets in one day. Many offices buy their paper in 500 ream packages, and some even buy them by the case. It is an added convenience for these offices to be able to dump the entire package into the tray, and many would say it’s worth spending a few extra dollars for.
The paper sizes are a bit restrictive, so don’t expect to be able to print index cards or other small paper items. If you primarily use letter size paper, you won’t have a problem.
