MAGICOLOR 2400W BLACK TONER CARTRIDGE

Your Konica Minolta MagiColor 2400W Color Laser Printer is equipped with four toner cartridges: Cyan (C), Magenta (M), Yellow (Y), and Black (K). The status of the installed toner cartridges can be checked on the Status Display. You should replace an installed toner cartridge(s) in the following circumstances:

The orange [Toner] indicator blinks slowly – The corresponding toner cartridge is nearly empty. You must make sure that you have a new [Color] toner cartridge in stock. The new toner cartridge should be installed soon.

The orange [Toner] indicator blinks continuously – The indicated toner cartridge is incompatible. You must replace the incompatible toner cartridge with a new one, which is designed for use in your Konica Minolta MagiColor 2400W Color Laser Printer.

The orange [Toner] indicator is on (not blinking) – The indicated toner cartridge is empty. You must install a new toner cartridge of the corresponding color.

Print quality is unsatisfactory

You should always keep a new set of toner cartridges for your Konica Minolta MagiColor 2400W Color Laser Printer in stock. Please store the toner cartridges in a cool, dry location away from sunlight.

You must make sure that your Konica Minolta MagiColor 2400W Color Laser Printer is on, and then press the Rotate Toner key until the indicator for the exhausted toner cartridge lights up. After that, you must open the top cover, and then open the front cover. Please do not touch the transfer belt. Now, you must raise the handle of the exhausted toner cartridge, and then remove the cartridge by pulling it upwards. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must unpack the new toner cartridge, and then shake it 8-10 times up and down to redistribute the toner. Once you have finished redistributing the toner, you must remove the protective cover from the toner roller, and then align the tabs on each end of the new toner cartridge with the guides of the corresponding slot. Next, you must insert the new toner cartridge into the slot, lower the handle, and then press the new component down until it clicks into place. After that, you must close the front cover, and then close the top cover of your Konica Minolta MagiColor 2400W Color Laser Printer. Finally, you must reset the toner counter by pressing the [Cancel] key.
