RICOH AFICIO 3235C YELLOW TONER CARTRIDGE

An appropriate warning message will be displayed on the control LCD of your Ricoh Aficio 3235C Laser Printer, when the built-in system detects an exhausted/emptied toner cartridge. All of the warning messages used by the built-in system for an indication of toner cartridge/cartridges related abnormalities are listed below.

Please prepare new toner cartridge/cartridges of the indicated colors, if any of the following messages is displayed on the LCD.

  ‘’Toner is almost empty. Black’’
  ‘’Toner is almost empty. Cyan’’
  ‘’Toner is almost empty. Magenta’’
  ‘’Toner is almost empty. Yellow’’
  ‘’Toner is almost empty. XXXX, XXXX’’ – Ex.: ‘’Toner is almost empty. Cyan, Yellow’’

You must install the prepared toner cartridges, when one of the listed below error messages is displayed on the LCD.

  ‘’No toner: Black’’
  ‘’No toner: Cyan’’
  ‘’No toner: Magenta’’
  ‘’No toner: Yellow’’
  ‘’No toner: XXXX, XXXX’’ – Ex.: ‘’No toner: Black, Magenta’’

The complete replacement procedure is included below.

Initially, you must locate the exhausted toner cartridge by opening the upper right cover of your color laser printer and checking the labels in front of the installed toner cartridges. Once you have found the exhausted toner cartridge, you must detach its locking hook by pulling the hook towards the left side of the printer, and then remove the exhausted toner cartridge by slowly pulling it out of the slot. Please be aware that the remaining toner might scatter, if you shake or tilt the exhausted toner cartridge too much. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must take the new toner cartridge out of the transport packaging, but please make sure that the color of the new cartridge matches the color of the exhausted one, and then loosen and evenly distribute the toner by shaking the new component 7-8 times horizontally (back and forth). Please never touch the metal contact area of the new toner cartridge, in order to be avoided damages to this component. Now, you must align the prepared new toner cartridge with the corresponding slot, so its metal contact area is pointing towards the left side of the laser printer, and then push the top side of the new toner cartridge down until the locking hook snaps on the metal contact area of the new component. Finally, you must close the upper right cover of your Ricoh Aficio 3235C Laser Printer.
