CLP-510 COLOR TONER CARTRIDGES SET

Your Samsung CLP-510 Laser Printer is equipped with four toner cartridges. The actual useful life of the installed toner cartridges depends mainly on the amount of toner that each print job requires. You must replace an installed toner cartridge(s) if:

Printouts are blank – You must make sure that there are no blank pages in the file. The toner cartridges must be replaced if the problem persists.

Light or faded printouts – The most common cause of this print-quality issue is a nearly empty toner cartridge(s). You should check the status of the installed toner cartridges, and replace all nearly empty cartridges to solve the problem.

Dropouts appear – The installed toner cartridge(s) is/are probably damaged or defective. You should install a new set of toner cartridges.

‘’ [Color] Toner Empty’’ is displayed on the LCD screen – The indicated toner cartridge is empty. You must replace the specified toner cartridge with a new one.

Vertical repetitive defects appear – An installed toner cartridge(s) is exhausted, damaged, or defective. You can determine which toner cartridge must be replaced by checking the color of the occurred defects. Then, you must install a new toner cartridge(s) of the corresponding color.

Loose toner – You must make sure that the chosen print-quality settings match the print media/paper loaded into the input tray. A new toner cartridge set must be installed if the problem persists.

‘’Install [Color] Toner’’ is displayed on the LCD screen – Your Samsung CLP-510 Laser Printer cannot detect the specified toner cartridge. You must make sure that the indicated toner cartridge is correctly installed. A new toner cartridge of the indicated color must be installed if the problem persists.

‘’Invalid Toner [Color]’’ – The indicated toner cartridge is either defective or not intended for use in your Samsung CLP-510 Laser Printer. You must install a new toner cartridge that is designed for your laser printer.

‘’Ready [Color] Low Toner’’ is displayed on the LCD screen – The Samsung CLP-510 Laser Printer has detected a low toner level. You must install a new toner cartridge of the specified color soon. Please be aware that print quality may be negatively affected by the low toner level.

‘’Replace [Color] Toner’’ – The indicated toner cartridge is at the end of its useful life. All print/copy operations will be disabled if the specified toner cartridge is not replaced with a new one soon.

Please turn off your Samsung CLP-510 Laser Printer, and wait a few minutes for the internal components (fuser assembly unit, power supply, etc…) to cool. Then, you must open the left cover of the laser printer by pulling its handle towards you. Please note that the installed toner cartridges will be unlocked automatically. Now, you must pull the exhausted toner cartridge towards you to remove it from the main unit, and then remove the new toner cartridge from the protective plastic bag. Please note that you should close the left cover if the replacement procedure needs to be halted for any reason, in order to be avoided damages to the drum unit. After that, you must redistribute the toner by gently shaking the new toner cartridge several times from side to side, and then remove the protective tape covering the new component. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must slide the new toner cartridge into the corresponding slot until it stops, and then close the left cover. Please note that the toner cartridges will be moved/locked into place automatically. Finally, you must turn on and test your Samsung CLP-510 Laser Printer.
