You can’t go wrong with a printer that prints 30 pages per minute and comes with a built-in duplexer for double sided printing. Plus its duty cycle is 25,000 pages which is perfect for your office. Its toner cartridge is the only cost you will encounter while owning this printer. This printer ships with a 4,000 page cartridge that will get you started. Replacement cartridges can print 8,000 copies and won’t put a huge hole in your budget. It comes with a 250 sheet A4 tray with a fold-out multi-purpose feeder for transparencies. Plus a second 250 sheet tray can be added.

Cons: There really isn’t much not to like about the Samsung SCX-5530FN. However it is a fairly expensive printer. You get a lot with this model, but you also have to pay a lot. Also, the printer tends to jam. It is only a minor annoyance, but can sometimes be a hassle.
