When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Sharp AR-5316 Digital Laser Multifunctional System?

Your Sharp AR-5316 Digital Laser Multifunctional System is equipped with a built-in system, which is constantly monitoring the status of the toner cartridge. Once the toner level in the toner cartridge becomes low, the ‘’TD cartridge replacement’’ indicator (illustrates six black dots in pyramidal order) lights up and a new toner cartridge must be purchased/prepared. Eventually, the toner cartridge will run completely out of toner, and then you will see that the ‘’TD cartridge replacement’’ indicator is blinking. All copying/printing operations will be suspended/blocked in the above situation, until a new toner cartridge is installed.

How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Sharp AR-5316 Digital Laser Multifunctional System

In order to replace the exhausted toner cartridge with a new one, you must open the front cover of your Sharp AR-5316 Digital Laser Multifunctional System by pushing it on both ends. Now, you must pull the exhausted cartridge out while pulling up its lock release lever, and when it is halfway out, you should grasp the green strap handle of the cartridge. Then, you must prepare the new toner cartridge by unpacking and shaking it horizontally 7-8 times. After that, you must remove the protective cover from the new toner cartridge by unlatching all 3 cover hooks and pulling the cover up. Finally, you must insert the new toner cartridge into the system until it locks into place and close the front cover afterwards. Once you have replaced the exhausted toner cartridge with a new one, the ‘’TD cartridge replacement’’ indicator will go out and your Sharp AR-5316 Digital Laser Multifunctional System will be once again ready for your printing/copying projects.

It packs an optional print server and can be shared with other people in your office or workgroup. Sharp printers are known for reliability and this model packs a variety of outstanding features.

Pros:

Fast printing is just one of the many advantages you get with the Sharp AR-5316 printer. It also offers ScanOnce print many memory management. As a result you won’t have to stand around every time scanning each document you want to print one at a time. Time is precious during a busy day at the office and you will have more time to get other things done with the Sharp AR-5316 printer.
With the Sharp AR-5316 you can reduce or enlarge originals. Originals can be enlarged by 400% or reduced to 25%. Plus it has the ability to hold 350 sheets of paper and also has a 100 sheet Bypass tray.
One major advantage of the Sharp AR-5316 is that its consumables are easy to change. Simply open the machine, take out the old toner cartridge, and slide in the new one. The AR-5316 takes the stress out of replacing consumables and saves you money.
The Sharp AR-5316 is backed with a warranty. This model has shown to have a long life and will probably become obsolete before it stops working.

Cons:

The one downfall to the Sharp AR-5316 is that prints are not of professional quality. Black and white prints are not clear and crisp. Copies produced with this machine are fine for internal use, but lack the quality you are looking for when using prints externally.
