When do I Replace a Drum Unit in the Konica Minolta PagePro 1380MF Laser Printer?

You should replace the installed drum unit if you have already replaced the toner cartridge, but:

Print quality remains unsatisfactory

The toner cartridge warning LED flashes

The toner cartridge warning LED is on

How to Install a Drum Unit in the Konica Minolta PagePro 1380MF Laser Printer

In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must open the front door of the laser printer, and then remove the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly. Next, you must pull the lock release lever of the assembly towards you, and then remove the toner cartridge from the exhausted drum unit. After that, you must unpack the new drum unit, and then attach the toner cartridge to the new component. Now, you must insert the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly into the Konica Minolta PagePro 1380MF Laser Printer, and then close the front door. Finally, you must press the [Menu] button, and then select [1. Common Setup] – [14. Reset OPC].
