OKIDATA C9300 BLACK OEM TONER CARTRIDGE

The four toner cartridges installed in your OkiData C9300 Color Laser Printer are consumable components. You can check the amount of toner remaining in the installed toner cartridges from the [Usage] menu. One or several of the listed indications (messages and print quality problems) will appear when any of the installed toner cartridges reaches the end of its useful life.

The message [<Color> TONER LOW] is displayed – The indicated toner cartridge is nearly empty. You must make sure that you have a new set of toner cartridges in stock.

The message [<Color> INSTALL NEW TONER] is displayed – The <Color> toner cartridge is empty. You must replace the indicated toner cartridge with a new one.

In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must switch the OkiData C9300 Color Laser Printer off, and then open the top cover. Next, you must unlock the toner cartridge that you want to replace by pulling its release lever towards you, and then lift the right end of the cartridge out of the slot. After that, you must pull the exhausted toner cartridge out of the laser printer, and then take the replacement component out of the protective bag. Now, you must remove the orange shipping clip, and then shake the new toner cartridge at least 10 times horizontally to redistribute the toner inside. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must remove the sealing tape from the toner shutter, and then insert the left end of the new toner cartridge into the corresponding slot. After that, you must push the new toner cartridge down making sure that the locking pin engages into the groove, and then push the locking lever forward to secure the new component in place. Finally, you must wipe the corresponding LED head with the included lens cleaner, and then close the top cover of your OkiData C9300 Color Laser Printer.
