HP COLOR LASERJET CM1312NFI BLACK OEM TONER CARTRIDGE

Your HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi Printer is equipped with four toner cartridges, which are designed to provide sharper text and graphics. The installed toner cartridges are consumable components. A toner cartridge(s) should be replaced, once its toner level drops under 10%. You can check the toner levels, the serial number of each installed toner cartridge, and the number of printed pages by printing a supplies status page (press [Setup] and navigate to [Reports] – [Supplies Status]).

The HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi Printer is constantly monitoring the status of the installed toner cartridges, and you will see an appropriate warning message displayed on the control panel, if a toner cartridge related abnormality has been detected. All messages indicating a toner cartridge related abnormalities are listed and explained below.

 

·       ‘’10.000 Supply Memory Error’’ or ‘’10.100X Supply Memory Error’’ – The built-in monitoring system has encountered a problem when trying to read/write to the e-label of one or more installed toner cartridges. You should try to resolve the issue by reinstalling all toner cartridges, and then restarting the laser printer. The problematic toner cartridges must be replaced if the problem persists.

 

·       ‘’Install [Color] cartridge’’ – The indicated toner cartridge is missing, or it has been installed incorrectly. Therefore, you must make sure that all toner cartridges are correctly installed into the corresponding slots, and then test the laser printer. The indicated toner cartridge must be replaced, if the error message is still displayed afterwards.

 

·       ‘’Order [color] cartridge’’ – One or several of the installed toner cartridges are near the end of their useful life. You should purchase new toner cartridges of the indicated colors, and install them soon after the initial appearance of the warning message on the control panel. Otherwise, the print quality will be gradually decreasing until the printer switches to a non-operational mode due to an empty toner cartridge.

 

·       ‘’Used [color] installed, to accept press OK’’ – This message will be displayed, if you have reinstalled a toner cartridge in your HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi Printer.

 

·       You should replace the installed toner cartridges, if any of the listed print quality issues appears (even if there are no warning or error messages displayed): faded prints, vertical streaks/bands, excessive background shading, inaccurate colors, inconsistent colors, missing images/graphics, white stripes, or faded stripes. 

When an installed toner cartridge is nearly empty or empty, you must open the front door of your HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi Printer by gently pulling the front handle towards you, and then pull the toner cartridge drawer out of the main compartment until it stops. After that, you must remove the empty toner cartridge by grasping its handle and carefully pulling it upwards. Please avoid shaking the used toner cartridge. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must unpack the new toner cartridge, but make sure that the color matches, and then detach the orange, plastic shield from the imaging drum. Please note that the technical architecture of your HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi Printer features an imaging drum integrated into the toner cartridge. You should avoid touching the imaging drum. Now, you must insert the new toner cartridge into the corresponding slot of the drawer, and then remove the sealing tape from the shutter of the new component by pulling its tab. Once the sealing tape is removed, you must push the toner cartridge drawer back into the laser printer, and then finalize the replacement procedure by closing the front door of your HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi Printer.
