RICOH AFICIO 3245C CYAN OEM TONER CARTRIDGE

The built-in system of your Ricoh Aficio 3245C Laser Printer is constantly monitoring the status of all installed toner cartridges. You will be notified with a special warning message displayed on the control LCD, when one or several of the installed toner cartridges are near the end of their useful life. Please prepare a new toner cartridge of the specified color, if any of the listed below warning messages appears on the LCD of you laser printer.

  ‘’Toner is almost empty. Black’’
  ‘’Toner is almost empty. Cyan’’
  ‘’Toner is almost empty. Magenta’’
  ‘’Toner is almost empty. Yellow’’
  ‘’Toner is almost empty. XXXX, XXXX’’ – The letters ‘’XXXX, XXXX’’ will be replaced with the colors of two or more nearly empty toner cartridges.

Please install the prepared toner cartridges, when one or several of the listed below error messages is/are displayed on the control LCD.

  ‘’No toner: Black’’
  ‘’No toner: Cyan’’
  ‘’No toner: Magenta’’
  ‘’No toner: Yellow’’
  ‘’No toner: XXXX, XXXX’’ – The letters ‘’XXXX, XXXX’’ will be replaced with the colors of two or more completely exhausted toner cartridges.

You should always keep a spare set of toner cartridges for your Ricoh Aficio 3245C Laser Printer in stock, but please remember store all consumables in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The complete toner cartridge replacement procedure is included below. Please note that there are no special tools or technical knowledge required for the successful execution of the replacement procedure. 

The toner cartridges installed in your Ricoh Aficio 3245C Laser Printer are located in a special compartment, which is located under the upper right cover of the main unit. Therefore, you must start the replacement procedure by opening the upper right cover. Then, you must locate the exhausted toner cartridge (check the labels) and detach its locking hook by pushing it towards the left side of the printer. In the next step, you must remove the exhausted toner cartridge by slowly pulling it upwards, but please avoid shaking the exhausted component, and then unpack the new toner cartridge of the corresponding color. Now, you must prepare the new toner cartridge for installation by shaking it 8-10 times horizontally. Once the new toner cartridge is prepared, you must insert it into the corresponding slot, but please make sure that the metal contact area (never touch this area) of the new toner cartridge is facing towards the left side of the printer. Please note that the locking hook will snap on the metal contact area of the new toner cartridge, but only if the new component is fully inserted into the slot. Finally, you must close the upper right cover of your Ricoh Aficio 3245C Laser Printer.
