Copystar CS-3050 Toner Cartridge - 34,000 Pages

This Toner Cartridge prints 34000 pages with an average 5% page coverage. The amount of pages can vary depending upon the amount of ink printed onto each page. (5% page coverage is a standard Copystar specification)

This product comes with a 6 month Warranty against any defects (including free replacement). We stand behind our products 100%, as these are not manufactured by Copystar.

Why toner? Why not call it ink? Regular ink dries quickly, which is why cartridges for inkjet printers do not last long. Laser Printers use toner, which is ink in the form of powder. A sealed toner cartridge can be stored for 2+ years prior to usage.

When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Copystar CS-3050

You can check the status of the installed toner cartridge by pressing the [Job Cancel] key, and then selecting [Paper/Supplies]. The installed toner cartridge should be replaced when the message [Add toner] appears.

How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Copystar CS-3050

Initially, you must open the front cover of your Copystar CS-3050, and then withdraw the exhausted toner cartridge while pulling the toner cartridge stopper up. After that, you must remove the protective paper from the new toner cartridge, and then tap several times on the top side of the new component to loosen the toner. Now, you must shake the new toner cartridge several times horizontally, and then align the new component with the guides of the toner cartridge slot. Once the new toner cartridge is correctly aligned, you must insert it until it locks into place, and then finalize the replacement procedure by closing the front cover of your Copystar CS-3050.

Overview:

The Copystar CS-3050 offers many outstanding features. A variety of finishing options are available for it which include a booklet folder, simple finisher, and internal finisher. It can print 30 pages a minute when printing letterhead and legal sized paper at a rate of 20 pages per minute.

Pros:

If you are tired of standing around waiting for the first copy, you will love this unit. It only takes 30 seconds to warm up before delivering 30 pages a minute.
Paper supply is never an issue. It features dual 500 sheet drawers. It can handle paper from 5.5" x 8.5" to 11" x 17". Standard paper capacity is 1,200 sheets which can be expanded to 4,200 sheets. This unit can handle a variety of media types including bond paper, recycled paper, and transparencies.
The Copystar CS-3050 also features a G3 fax. It can transmit documents at a rate of three seconds per page. The modem speed is 33.6 Kbps. Other features include multi-send, duplex, Confidential RX/TX, F-Code RX/TX, broadcasting, and fax box.

Cons:

The Copystar CS-3050 is an outstanding multifunctional unit. Other than the initial price of purchasing it, there isn’t anything not to like about it.
