You should replace the installed fuser assembly unit if any of the listed errors and print quality problems persists.

Initially, you must turn off the main switch of your Ricoh Aficio 1232c Printer, and then wait at least 15 minutes to allow the installed fuser assembly unit to cool. Next, you must open the right cover of the printer, and then open the front cover. After that, you must remove the fuser fixing screw, and then pull the fuser assembly unit towards you until it stops. Now, you must release the fuser stopper, and then remove the fuser assembly unit from the Ricoh Aficio 1232c Printer. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must unpack the new fuser assembly unit, and then slide it along the guides of the slot as far as it will go. Once the new fuser assembly unit is inserted, you must secure it into place with the fixing screw, and then close the front cover of your Ricoh Aficio 1232c Printer. Finally, you close the right cover, switch the printer on, and then execute service program mode [804 - 7: PM Counter Reset].
