You must start the replacement procedure by opening the front cover of your Toshiba e-Studio 160 Laser Printer. Then, you must pull the toner cartridge release lever up. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must remove the used toner cartridge by pulling it carefully towards you, and then unpack the new toner cartridge. Once the new toner cartridge is unpacked, you must shake it 8-10 times from side to side, and then remove the toner sealing tape. After that, you must align the tabs of the new toner cartridge with the guides of the compartment, and then insert the new component into place. Now, you must clean the charger wire by sliding its cleaning lever several times in and out of the drum unit, and then finalize the replacement procedure by closing the front cover of your Toshiba e-Studio 160 Laser Printer.
