XEROX PHASER 6280DN COLOR TONER CARTRIDGES SET

Your XEROX PHASER 6280DN Laser Printer is equipped with a built-in system, which is constantly monitoring the status of all four toner cartridges. When the system detects a low toner level in any of the installed cartridges, you will see the following message ‘’Ready to Print. %S XXX Low. Replace Soon.’’, where ‘’XXX’’ will be replaced with the color of the exhausted cartridge. Please note, when the black toner cartridge is exhausted the monitoring system will display the letter ‘’K’’. You must replace the exhausted toner cartridge, once the above message appears. You should also replace the toner cartridge, if the following printing quality issues are reappearing: light prints, blank prints, black prints, vertical line deletions, horizontal line deletions, vertical dark streaks, horizontal dark streaks, dark spots/marks, blurred prints, spot deletions. Otherwise, the remaining toner in the nearly empty toner cartridge will be consumed very soon, and then you will see the following message ‘’Replace XXX Cartridge’’ on the display, which indicates a completely exhausted toner cartridge. Once the above message appears, all [color] or [color + black and white] printing operations will be suspended, which is defined by the type of the exhausted cartridge (exhausted color or black toner cartridge). You must start the toner cartridge replacement in your XEROX PHASER 6280DN Laser Printer by opening the front cover and locating the exhausted toner cartridge.
