When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Epson AcuLaser C1900

You can monitor the condition of the installed toner cartridges from the Information menu. One of the listed indications will appear if an installed toner cartridge needs replacing.

How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Epson AcuLaser C1900

Initially, you must make sure that the Epson AcuLaser C1900 is switched on, and then select [Reset] – [Change Toner XXX(the color of the exhausted toner cartridge)]. After that, you must open the front cover of the main unit, and then pull the exhausted toner cartridge out of the Epson AcuLaser C1900. Now, you must take the new toner cartridge out of the protective bag, and then shake it several times up and down. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must remove the protective plastic cover from the new toner cartridge, and then insert the new component into the slot as far as it will go. Finally, you must close the front cover of your Epson AcuLaser C1900.
