ACULASER C2800 COLOR TONER CARTRIDGES SET

One of the listed indications will appear if any of the toner cartridges installed in your Epson AcuLaser C2800 needs replacing.

 

·         The message [Data will be printed in Black and White] is displayed

 

·         The message [Install uuuu TnrCart] is displayed

 

·         The message [Replace Toner uuuu] is displayed

 

·         The message [TonerCart Error uuuu] is displayed

 

·         The message [uuuu Toner Low] is displayed

 

·         The message [Wrong Toner uuuu] is displayed

 

·         Poor print quality

In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must open the front cover of your Epson AcuLaser C2800 by pressing the release latch, and then remove the exhausted toner cartridge from the machine. After that, you must unpack the new toner cartridge, and then shake it several times from side to side. Now, you must remove the protective seal from the new toner cartridge, and then remove the tape. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must insert the new toner cartridge into the empty slot as far as it will go, and then detach the orange plastic cover from the new component. Finally, you must close the front cover of your Epson AcuLaser C2800.

You should replace the fuser unit installed in your Epson AcuLaser C2800 if any of the listed messages persists.

Initially, you must switch your Epson AcuLaser C2800 off, and then wait at least 30 minutes in order to allow the exhausted fuser unit to cool. After that, you must open the front cover, and then attach the shield paper that is included with the new fuser unit in front of the installed toner cartridges to reduce the light exposure of all photosensitive components. Now, you must open the top paper guide, and then unlock the exhausted fuser unit by turning the two levers outwards. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must remove the exhausted fuser unit from the Epson AcuLaser C2800, and then remove the packing material from the replacement component. Once the new fuser unit is prepared, you must insert it into place, and then push the two lock levers inwards. Next, you must close the top paper guide, and then remove the shielding paper. Finally, you must close the front cover of your Epson AcuLaser C2800, and then switch the machine back on.

You must start the replacement procedure by opening the front cover of your Epson AcuLaser C2800. After that, you must attach the included shielding paper to the main compartment, and then raise the blue tabs of the exhausted transfer unit. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must align the new transfer unit with the guides of the slot, and then insert it into place. Once the new transfer unit is inserted, you must remove the protective material, and then remove the shielding paper from the main compartment. Finally, you must close the front cover of your Epson AcuLaser C2800.
