RICOH AFICIO CL2000N OEM TONER CARTRIDGES SET

Low Toner Level Indications

Please install the prepared toner cartridges of the indicated colors, when any of the listed below messages is displayed on the control LCD.

Please reinstall the indicated toner cartridges, when any of the listed below messages is displayed on the control LCD. A new toner cartridge/cartridges of the indicated colors must be installed, if the message is still displayed after the reinstallation.

You should always keep a spare set of toner cartridges for your Ricoh Aficio CL2000N Laser Printer in stock, but please remember to store all consumable components in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations.

In the initial phase of the installation, you must open the upper left cover of your Ricoh Aficio CL2000N Laser Printer, and locate the exhausted toner cartridge by checking the labels. After that, you must remove the exhausted toner cartridge from the compartment by pulling it to the front side of the printer, and then straight upwards. Please avoid shaking the exhausted toner cartridges. In the next step of the installation, you must unpack the new toner cartridge, and then shake it at least 15 times horizontally, in order to prepare the new component for installation. Once the new toner cartridge is prepared, you must carefully insert it into the corresponding slot of the toner cartridges compartment, and then secure the new component by gently sliding it towards the rear side of the laser printer until it stops. Finally, you must close the upper left cover of your Ricoh Aficio CL2000N Laser Printer.
