How to Install a Ribbon Cartridge in the Brother PPF-560

In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must pull the gray lever up to open the top cover of your Brother PPF-560, and then remove the exhausted ribbon cartridge from the main compartment. After that, you must unpack the new ribbon cartridge, and then align the tabs of the new component with the four holders inside the machine. Once the new ribbon cartridge is correctly aligned, you must insert it into place, and then finalize the replacement procedure by closing the top cover of your Brother PPF-560.
