Initially, you must make sure that the output tray is empty and that the machine is plugged in. Then, you must open the front cover of your Canon FAX L200 Laser Fax Machine. Pros:

Not all offices need an all-in-one machine. Some companies like to have a separate fax machine. The Canon L200 has the benefit of being more economical than an all-in-one machine for many reasons. First, users aren't paying for features they don't need, such as scanning and copying. Second, it has a lower cost per page than most all-in-one machines due to affordable toner prices, like its competition, Samsung ML-1710D3 toner.
This fax machine has an outstanding memory and can store up to 125 phone numbers. Toner cartridges are affordable and yield 2,700 pages.
The Canon L200 is a well-designed fax machine which offers quality faxing at affordable prices. It isn’t perfect, but has a lot of strong features. Users love how easy this unit is to use. You won’t get frustrated trying to figure out how to use it.

Cons:

The unit offers slow transmission speeds of 14.4kbps. This is a problem for companies that do a lot of faxing and need to send documents quickly.
When it comes to laser printing, the Canon L200 lacks quality. It can only produce six pages per minute which is extremely slow. Output quality when printing isn’t very good. Text quality is generally good, but loses detail at small font sizes. Graphics are extremely poor.
