Any faxed document in the memory can easily be printed using the Canon imageClass MF4570DW. The first step is to press MENU. Then use the arrow keys to choose SKSYTEM MANAGEMENT SETTINGS and select OK. Next use the up and down arrows to select COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT SETTINGS and select OK. Use the arrow keys again to choose MEMORY LOCK SETTINGS and hit OK. Next use the arrow keys to select OFF and select OK. The final step is to choose MENU which will close the menu screen.

The first step in order to delete received faxes is to select STATUS MONITOR/CANCEL. Then use the arrow keys to choose FAX JOB STATUS/ HISTORY and press OK. Next use the up and down arrows to select RX Job Status and press OK. The following step is to use the arrow keys to find which file should be deleted and then select OK.

The Canon imageClass MF4570dw is affordable, however it lacks WiFi capabilities. It comes shipped with duplexing which is convenient. Duplexing makes printing a little more eco-friendly since it helps conserve paper. The MF4570dw is a compact printer that is a little bit too big for your desk. However it is small and can easily sit on another desk or stand. It offers the ability to print, scan, and fax. With this model you get a 35-page automatic document feeder (ADF) for scanning multipage documents and legal-size pages. It packs a 250-sheet input tray and a duplexer. This model provides a decent level of paper handling which is perfect for most home offices. Best of all the MF4570dw is easy to set up and install. Also, you won'Ât have a difficult time setting up the network.

Pros:

The MF4570dn offers all the features you need for your office. Even if you don't want to print in duplex you can change the settings to simplex. With this model you can print 26 pages a minute for single sided prints and 16 pages per minute for duplexing.

Cons:

If you need more, however, you'll have to go elsewhere, since there are no options for additional trays. Furthermore text quality is below average for a monolaser printer. Graphics and photo quality also are subpar for a monolaser printer.
