The Canon PC-325 laser copier is an outstanding choice for a small office or home. It won’t take up a lot of space and offers high quality output.

Pros:

The Canon PC-325 laser copier comes with a lot of outstanding features. This unit is portable and folds up. There is a handle for transporting the unit more easily. As a result the unit is easy to transport wherever you go.

Unfortunately the Canon PC-325 doesn’t come with an automatic document feeder, which would increase productivity, but would increase the size of the unit and make it more difficult to transport it when you are on the run. If you do a lot of copying, you may want to consider a printer with an ADF. Toner cartridges are affordable and yield 4,000 pages.

This unit doesn’t offer the fastest copying speeds. However it is fast enough if you don’t have heavy copying demands. Output quality is excellent. Text is sharp and easily readable at 4 point fonts.

The Canon PC-325 is an excellent copier with the portability to go nearly anywhere. When you are doing business outside the office or printing for personal use, this unit is an excellent option.

Cons:

The Canon PC-325 lacks color printing. This is a major drawback if your business needs to print promotional materials in color.
