Pros:

The Canon PC-795 is compact, but offers outstanding features. This unit measures 19 inches by 17 inches by 13 inches, and weighs around 55 pounds. Larger offices might want to consider a printer with a higher monthly duty cycle.
One advantage is that Canon PC795 toner cartridges incorporate a single cartridge system, with the drum and toner incorporated into a single cartridge. Toner cartridges can yield up to 4,000 pages and a lower cost per page than other printers.
The Canon PC-795 can produce 12 copies a minute. Copy quality is excellent. The Canon PC-795 helps to improve scanning quality with auto and manual exposure.

Overall, the Canon PC795 laser copier is an impressive machine that has a lot to offer in an affordable, compact package. Output is outstanding and toner cartridges are reasonably priced.

Cons:

One less than impressive feature is the Canon PC795’s limited 250 sheet paper tray. Also it can only print 100 copies at a time compared to other printers that can print 999 copies at a time. Furthermore its enlarging and reducing capabilities are limited.
