SAVIN CLP26DN BLACK TONER CARTRIDGE

The Savin CLP26dn Color Multifunction Printer monitors the condition of the installed toner cartridges constantly. The machine will display one of the listed messages if a toner cartridge-related abnormality occurs.

[Add Toner Black], [Add Toner Cyan], [Add Toner Magenta], and/or [Add Toner Yellow] – The indicated toner cartridge is empty. Some or all (depending on the color of the exhausted cartridge) print/copy operations are disabled in this situation. You must replace the exhausted toner cartridge.

[Toner is almost empty: Black], [Toner is almost empty: Cyan], [Toner is almost empty: Magenta], and/or [Toner is almost empty: Yellow] – The Savin CLP26dn Color Multifunction Printer has detected a low toner level. You should replace the indicated toner cartridge soon.

[Check Toner Btl. XXX/XXX] – You must make sure that the indicated toner cartridges are installed correctly. Please replace the specified cartridges if they are installed correctly, but the error message is still displayed.

The red [Black Toner], [Cyan Toner], [Magenta Toner], and/or [Yellow Toner] led is on – The toner cartridge of the corresponding color must be replaced.

You must start the replacement procedure by opening the top cover of your Savin CLP26dn Color Multifunction Printer. Please note that the toner cartridges are installed in the following order, from the control panel towards the rear side of the main unit: Black, Magenta, Cyan, and Yellow. Next, you must unlock the exhausted toner cartridge by turning its locking lever forward until it is aligned with the triangle mark, and then remove the cartridge by lifting it out of the laser printer. Please do not shake the used toner cartridges. After that, you must remove the new toner cartridge from the transport box, and then shake it 8-10 times up and down. Now, you must remove the protective tape, which is located next to the locking lever of the new toner cartridge, and then align the new component with the corresponding slot, so that the locking lever is facing upwards. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must insert the new toner cartridge into the slot, and then turn the locking lever to the circle mark. Finally, you must close the top cover, and wait while the Savin CLP26dn Color Multifunction Printer initializes the new toner cartridge.
