6 Products for the Xerox CopyCentre C20 Laser Copier
Xerox Copycentre C20 Digital Copier Review
Xerox’s Copycentre C20 Digital Copier performs all of your basic office tasks with intelligence and provides consistent high-level performance. Able to deliver a duty cycle of 20,000 pages per month, Copycentre C20 can support a maximum of 12,000 sheets. Featuring a 50 Sheet Duplex Automatic Document Handler this multi-purpose copier can handle large jobs quickly, with your first page out in less than 8 seconds.
With Copycentre C20’s scanner function you can scan your documents once but print to your heart’s content. This function can be extremely useful since the originals will only need to be handled a single time instead of needing to be continuously recirculated by hand in order to complete the job in proper sequence. This puts less mileage on your Copycentre c20 machine as well as the original documents, which might otherwise be wrinkled and ragged after a long and complex printing job. Since C20 scans the originals into memory, the user is free to move onto to other office tasks (taking the originals with them) with the peace of mind that Copycentre C20 will take over from there. Xerox Copycentre C20 Digital Copier can produce 22 copies per minute from paper trays with a capacity of 550 sheets, allowing the user to reload a full ream of 500 sheets when the paper is low. Copycentre C20 has built-in duplex mode with a 50-page duplex automatic document feeder (1-1, 1-2, 2-1, 2-2), and also features two-sided copying without the need to turn over and re-feed the paper. C20 comes with a unique feature called ID Card Copy, which is a time saving featuring most commonly used by the government and tourism industry. What ID Card Copy essentially does is allow you to copy both sides of an ID (driver’s license, credit card, ebit card, ect.) or other small document onto a single side of paper. This saves the user from having to commit to copying such personal information as featured on a license or passport onto two pieces of paper, or going through the often-agitating process of re-feeding the first page back into the printer and trying to align by eye (taking care not to copy over the first side of the ID) the second side of the ID so that both sides appear “neatly” on the same page. ID Card Copy makes all of this easy, and will be a much-appreciated feature for those users who must make copies of personal identification cards on a daily basis.
Xerox’s Copycentre C20 Digital Copier can only print in black-and-white, and although this more-than-capable printer can still cover 99% of your office-printing needs you might find yourself in a situation where a basic color copying function will be sorely missed. Copycentre’s C20 22 pages-per-minute is decent, but might not be ideal for particularly busy offices with heavy workloads. |
