When do I Replace a Staple Cartridge in the Copystar CS-1650 Laser Printer?

The built-in system of your Copystar CS-1650 Laser Printer is constantly monitoring the remaining print resource of all installed consumable components. The system will display the following error message ‘’Out of Staples <> Please add staples’’ on the control LCD, once it detects that the installed staple cartridge has been exhausted. You must install a new staple cartridge immediately after the appearance of the error message. Please note that your Copystar CS-1650 Laser Printer cannot staple on the following paper sizes: 5 � x 8 �, A5R, and B5R. You will see the following message ‘’Cannot staple this size.’’, if any of the above unsupported paper sizes is detected. The staple cartridge replacement procedure is included below.

How to Install a Staple Cartridge in the Copystar CS-1650 Laser Printer

In order to install a new staple cartridge, you must open the front cover of the stapler, and then take the staple holder out by pulling it towards you. Now, you must grab the empty staple cartridge by its marked portions (marked with an arrow) and pull it out of the staple holder. In the next step of the installation, you must unpack the new staple cartridge, and then insert it into the staple holder, but please make sure that the arrow stamped on the new cartridge is pointing towards the holder. Once the new staple cartridge is completely inserted, you must remove the protective tape from the new staples by simply pulling it off, and then slide the staple holder into the slot until it clicks into place. Finally, you must close the front cover of the stapler, and test your Copystar CS-1650 Laser Printer.
