When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Canon FAX L400

You should replace the toner cartridge installed in your Canon FAX L400 when you notice white streaks or bands on the printed documents.

How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Canon FAX L400

Initially, you must open the right cover of your Canon FAX L400, and then remove the exhausted toner cartridge. After that, you must take the exhausted toner cartridge out of the protective bag, and then shake it several times from side to side to redistribute the toner. Now, you must detach the plastic tab from the new toner cartridge, and then remove the sealing tape from the new component. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must align the projections of the new toner cartridge with the guides of the slot, and then slide the new component into place. Finally, you must close the right cover of your Canon FAX L400.
