The HP Color Laserjet CM6040 is well designed and takes advantage of icons. There are many great features with the Color Laserjet CM6040 that will save you time.
It features two 500-sheet paper trays that can print on paper from A5 to A3 and the 150-sheet multi-purpose tray can go down to A6. With the CM6040 there are also two additional trays that come standard, plus you get a built-in fax. Paper is fed through an output tray directly beneath the scanner, though if you add finishing and stacking options, a transfer unit shifts pages across to these devices.
Another feature of this printer is its 50-sheet ADF. It can be used to scan simplex or duplex. It also comes with an 80GB hard drive. The hard drive is necessary to buffer documents, but it can also be used to permanently store standard documents. This allows users to print them without having to continuously send them to a PC. One security measure is that prints can be sent to the machine and held until a PIN is entered at the keyboard.
The print engine offers 40ppm in black and white. As a result you can get more done and save time when printing.
