HP COLOR LASERJET 2700 COLOR TONER CARTRIDGES SET

Your HP Color LaserJet 2700 Printer is equipped with four toner cartridges: Black, Cyan, Yellow, and Magenta. You can obtain useful information (consumption levels, estimated pages remaining, part number, and number of printed pages) from the control panel display or by printing a supplies status page. You should replace an installed toner cartridge(s), if any of the listed messages appears on the control panel LCD.

‘’10.0000 (Black) Supply Error’’, ‘’10.0001 (Cyan) Supply Error’’, ‘’10.0002 (Magenta) Supply Error’’, or ‘’10.0003 (Yellow) Supply Error’’ – The HP Color LaserJet 2700 Printer cannot read the memory chip of the indicated toner cartridge. You should try to resolve the issue by reinstalling the indicated toner cartridge. You must replace the defective toner cartridge, if the problem persists.

‘’Incorrect <color>’’ or ‘’Incorrect Supplies’’ – The indicated toner cartridge is installed in a wrong (regarding color) slot. Please note that the installed toner cartridges must be arranged in the following order (top – bottom): Black, Yellow, Cyan, and Magenta. You must make sure that all toner cartridges are correctly installed. The specified toner cartridge must be replaced, if the error message is still displayed afterwards.

‘’Install <color> cartridge’’ or ‘’Install supplies’’ – Your HP Color LaserJet 2700 Printer cannot detect the indicated toner cartridges. This could be due to an incorrect installation of the toner cartridges. Therefore, you must reinstall all toner cartridges by following the detailed instructions given in ‘’ How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the HP Color LaserJet 2700 Printer’’. Please replace the indicated toner cartridges, if the error message continues to appear.

‘’Order <color> cartridge’’ or ‘’Order supplies’’ – The indicated toner cartridges are nearly empty. You should install new toner cartridges of the matching colors soon to avoid print quality problems.

‘’Replace <color> cartridge’’ or ‘’Replace supplies’’ – The specified toner cartridges are empty. You must install new toner cartridges of the matching colors to continue printing.

Please be aware that a nearly empty or expired toner cartridge can cause various print quality issues. Therefore, you should check your HP Color LaserJet 2700 Printer for nearly empty or expired toner cartridges, if any of the listed print-quality issues appears. All nearly empty or expired toner cartridges must be replaced immediately.

You must start the installation by opening the front door of your HP Color LaserJet 2700 Printer. Then, you must remove the empty toner cartridge by grasping its handle and pulling slowly towards you. After that, you must take the new toner cartridge out of the protective plastic bag, and then shake it 8-10 times from side to side to redistribute the toner. Now, you must prepare the new toner cartridge for installation by removing the orange shipping locks and the shipping tape. Once the new toner cartridge is prepared, you must carefully slide it along the guides of the corresponding slot until the cartridge is firmly inserted, and then close the front door. Finally, you must make sure that the laser printer is in a ‘’stand-by’’ mode, and then print a test page.
