HP Color LaserJet 2820 Review
Most people will need to use a printer, whether it is at home for personal use, or in an office. The HP Color LaserJet 2820 has been designed to not only give you a powerful printer, but also a scanner option included. This makes this a multifunctional machine that can be seen as reliable and well built. Read below to find out more about the good and bad of this machine.
Obviously the fact that the machine is multifunctional is the main aspect. Its main objective is to print out, but HP have added in an extra scanning function to make it that little bit more advanced that its competitors. This printer though is not based on an ink jet printer, but based on a color laser engine designed by HP. This makes it generally fast when printing out.
A major downside, that nearly all offices will want, is the ability to do duplex printing. This machine doesn't have this option though, and you cannot upgrade to this either. Duplex printing is when the machine will automatically turn the paper around for you and lets you print on both sides of paper. If you want to print of both sides of paper with this machine, you will manually have to turn the paper around. A duplex printing option saves the company a lot of money as they will be saving on paper. Not only this, but it saves the user of the machine time, and it will affect their workflow if they are manually doing duplex printing. |
