The HP LaserJet 4100mfp is a medium sized printer that measures 21 inches by 16.4 inches by 21.3 inches. It was designed to sit on a table or desk and doesn’t have casters for moving it. Standard paper capacity starts at 600 sheets, but can be expanded to 1,600 sheets. The LaserJet 4100n has built in networking and the 4100dtn comes with an automatic duplexer.

Consumables for the HP LaserJet 4100mfp are affordable. Toner cartridges yield 10,100 prints. Installing toner cartridges is straight forward and won’t take a lot of time. This machine is fast and can print 25 pages per minute. The first page will be in your hands in just 12 seconds.

The LaserJet 4100 can print, copy, fax, and scan. It has the capability to scan in color or black and white. Scans can be sent across a network. Documents can be stored on the printer’s hard drive encase you run out of paper. The HP LaserJet 4100 can be easily managed using the embedded server software, which allows network user to access the printer directly.
