HP P3015dn Review
The HP P3015dn printer has many unique features to why it is a good one to purchase, and the most distinct features are the printing speed and the amount of capacity the printing tray can handle. Because the printer is larger than small, compact printers it can hold ten times more paper in the tray and the maximum amount of paper the printer can go through every month is 100,000 pages. The printing speed is also a unique feature for this printer, and it can print 42 pages per minute. Even though it is larger than other printers it is still small enough to fit on a table or desk, and the construction of the printer is lightweight and easy to setup and move around.
The HP P3015dn printer has a high paper capacity, which means that it can hold up to hundreds of sheets of paper in its tray. The maximum amount that the paper tray can hold is 600 sheets of paper, and this is separated into two sections. The tray that is used for input can hold up to 500 sheets of paper while the multipurpose tray can only handle 100 sheets of paper. This makes it possible to print at the most 100,000 sheets of paper in one month alone, which makes the printer great for businesses (whether large or small). The maximum output capacity that this printer can handle is 350 sheets of paper, and the types of paper it can handle include plain, color, bond, letterhead, recycled, rough, preprinted, envelopes, transparencies, cardstocks, and labels.
One of the things that the HP P3015dn printer is missing and that is a wireless connection, which would open up a lot more possibilities than the wired connection does. Wireless networking would open up the option of printing from anywhere there is a wireless connection and would also open up the option of printing documents and pictures from a mobile device. The printer has Ethernet and USB2 connectivity, and some of the systems compatible with the printer include Microsoft Word, XP home and professional, Novell 5.1, Vista, Solaris, and Mac OS. |
