How to Install a Ribbon in the Panasonic KX-FP250 Fax Machine

Initially, you must slide the release lever of the top cover towards the control panel, and then open the top cover by pulling it up. Next, you must remove the ribbon cartridge from the Panasonic KX-FP250 Fax Machine, and then unlock the four gears by pushing them towards the center of the cartridge. After that, you must remove the used ribbon from the cartridge, and then remove the gears from the used ribbon. Now, you must unpack the new ribbon, and then insert the blue gear into the blue core of the new component. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must attach the three green gears to the corresponding cores of the new ribbon, and then align the blue gear with the blue label on the ribbon cartridge. After that, you must push the gears towards the corresponding slots until they lock into place, and then tighten the new ribbon by rotating the bottom side gears forward. Finally, you must insert the ribbon cartridge into the Panasonic KX-FP250 Fax Machine, and then close the top cover.
