Pros:

This unit offers outstanding copying functions. It can deliver the first copy is just 3.6 seconds. It can produce 999 sheets continuously. The Kyocera Mita KM-6230 comes with 64MB of RAM. It packs many great features including energy save mode, EcoPrint mode, Electronic sort, Scan
once copy many, Job building, Batch copying, N-up printing, and page insert.

Paper handling is never an issue. It comes with two 550 sheet trays. There is also a 100 sheet multi bypass tray. The Kyocera Mita KM-6230 can handle a variety of media types including transparencies, labels, envelopes, recycled paper, and plain paper.

Many outstanding optional features are available for the Kyocera Mita KM-6230. They include a 4,000 sheet A4 document feeder. Another outstanding optional feature is the booklet stitcher document finisher which can fold and staple documents. A staple punch document finisher with a 3,000 sheet paper capacity can also be added with 2 or 4 hole punching and three position stapling.

Cons:

The Kyocera Mita KM-6230 is an outstanding unit with many finishing features. However it lacks faxing capabilities. Additionally scanning can be added, but it is only an optional feature that will cost you more money.
