This toner cartridge prints 9000 pages with average 5% coverage (Nearly all Printer manufacturers base their ink/toner cartridge yields on 5% page coverage).

When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Lanier LD115 Laser Copier

You should replace the installed toner cartridge if:

� The toner density/darkness is gradually decreasing

� The [Add Toner] indicator appears

How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Lanier LD115 Laser Copier

In the initial step of the replacement procedure, you must open the front cover of your Lanier LD115 Laser Copier, and then raise the handle of the toner cartridge holder. After that, you must press down the green lever that is located next to the handle, and then withdraw the toner cartridge holder by pulling it slowly towards you. Now, you must press the used toner cartridge slightly towards the copier, and then remove it from the holder. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must shake the new toner cartridge 8-10 times from side to side, and then remove its protective black cap. Once you have removed the black cap, you must insert the new toner cartridge into the holder, and then pull its head towards the front side of the holder as far as it will go. After that, you must push the toner cartridge holder back into the Lanier LD115 Laser Copier, and then lower the handle. Finally, you must close the front cover of the copier.

When do I Replace a Fuser Assembly Unit in the Lanier LD115 Laser Copier

The main components of the fuser assembly unit are the hot roller, the pressure roller, the cleaning roller, the bushings, the stripper pawls, and the thermistor. How to Install a Fuser Assembly Unit in the Lanier LD115 Laser Copier

You must start the replacement procedure by switching the Lanier LD115 Laser Copier off and unplugging its power cord. After that, you must open the front door, and then detach the front right cover by removing its mounting screw. Now, you must open the right cover of the main unit, and then remove the two screws that fix the exhausted fuser assembly unit into place. Once you have removed the fixing screws, you must unplug the four connectors, and then pull the exhausted fuser assembly unit out of the Lanier LD115 Laser Copier. Finally, you must unpack the new fuser assembly unit, and then install it by executing the current procedure in reverse order.
