When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Lanier LW410 Wide Format Multifunction Color Laser Printer?

The toner cartridge installed in your Lanier LW410 Wide Format Multifunction Color Laser Printer has a printing resource enough for approximately 5000 pages with 5% coverage. Eventually, the toner cartridge will be close to the above maximal number of prints, resp. it will be almost empty, and the built-in monitoring system will turn on the ‘’low toner warning’’ indicator. Please note, the ‘’low toner warning’’ indicator illustrates six black dots in pyramidal order with an arrow pointing towards the dots, and it will be blinking, when the toner level is low. You should replace the exhausted toner cartridge, when the above indicator starts blinking. Otherwise, the remaining toner will be completely consumed very soon, which will lead to the appearance of the following message ‘’ [Toner Icon] Add toner’’ and all printing operations will be suspended. How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Lanier LW410 Wide Format Multifunction Color Laser Printer

You must start the toner cartridge replacement procedure in your Lanier LW410 by opening the toner supply cover. Now, you must grab the right side of the exhausted toner cartridge and turn it down. After that, you must completely remove the exhausted toner cartridge by holding both of its sides and pulling straight towards you. Once the empty/exhausted toner cartridge is out of the printer, you must unpack the new one, and then shake it seven-eight times horizontally. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must install the new toner cartridge into the printer by initially inserting its left side into the slot and then pushing in its right side.
