The Lexmark T616 laser printer is designed for the small or medium office environment. It offers output speeds of 35 pages per minute and can handle any type of media that you throw at it. This unit is reliable and won’t cost a lot to maintain.

Pros:

This device will require a decent amount of space in your office. However it offers high performance printing. The Lexmark T616 is capable of supporting a variety of media types including transparencies, normal paper, and labels.

With this unit you get print speeds of up to 35 pages per minute. Print quality is outstanding thanks to a 1200 dpi printing engine for extra sharp print quality, for both text and graphics.

The Lexmark T616 has a standard paper capacity of 1,100 sheets which can be expanded to 4,100 sheets. It comes with 16MB of memory which can be expanded to 384MB. A 2.1GB hard drive can be added as well that will store files. This is particularly convenient for documents that are printed over and over.

Toner cartridges are reasonably priced. Standard toner cartridges yield 10,000 pages and high yield cartridges produce 25,000 pages. Overall, the Lexmark T616 is an outstanding printer with great speed and quality out of the box. It is fast and provides quality printing on demand.

Cons:

The Lexmark T616 lacks color printing. Furthermore it doesn’t come with many of the finishing features that will make your life easier.
