MAGICOLOR 5450DL OEM TONER CARTRIDGE 3-COLOR SET

The four toner cartridges installed in your Konica Minolta MagiColor 5450DL Color Laser Printer are consumable, user-replaceable components. You can check the amount of remaining toner in the installed cartridges from the message window. Please note that you can obtain more comprehensive information about all installed consumables by printing a configuration page. You should replace the installed toner cartridges in the following circumstances:

Print quality is unsatisfactory

The error message [INCORRECT CART X] is displayed – You have installed an incompatible toner cartridge. Please install a new, compatible X toner cartridge.

The error message [TONER EMPTY X] or [TONER EMPTY <> REPLACE X] is displayed – The X toner cartridge has run out of toner. You must replace the empty toner cartridge.

The status message [TONER LOW X] is displayed – The amount of remaining toner in the specified toner cartridge will be consumed within 200 pages at 5% coverage. For that reason, you must make sure that you have a replacement toner cartridge of the indicated color available.

The error message [TONER MISSING CHECK X] is displayed – This message indicates that the Konica Minolta MagiColor 5450DL Color Laser Printer does not detect the specified toner cartridge. You must make sure that the X toner cartridge is installed in accordance with the installation instructions, and then test the laser printer. Please replace the indicated toner cartridge if the problem persists.

In the initial step of the replacement procedure, you must make sure that the Konica Minolta MagiColor 5450DL Color Laser Printer is in a Ready/Stand-by mode, and then open the front cover by pulling its handle gently towards you. Next, you must unlock the exhausted toner cartridge by pressing the button marked ‘’PUSH’’. After that, you must pull the exhausted toner cartridge towards you to remove it from the laser printer, and then unpack a new toner cartridge of the corresponding color. Now, you must redistribute the toner by shaking the new toner cartridge 4-5 times up and down, and then carefully remove the cover from the photoconductive drum of the new component. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must slide the front end of the new toner cartridge into the slot, lower the handle, and then slide the new cartridge until it locks into place. Finally, you must pull the protective film towards you to remove it from the new toner cartridge, and then close the front cover of your Konica Minolta MagiColor 5450DL Color Laser Printer. Please note that the laser printer must complete a 75-seconds calibration cycle after the toner cartridge has been replaced.
