The biggest advantage of the Canon MP-40 is that it is affordable. Operating costs are low since it only uses a single toner cartridge that is affordable.

Cons:

One of the disadvantages of owning this unit is its lack of color printing. Most businesses need color printing when producing charts and graphs for business presentations. The Canon MP-40 also lacks finishing features that will save you time.
