OKIDATA C5150N COLOR TONER CARTRIDGES SET

The toner cartridges installed in your OKIDATA C5150N laser printer are consumable components, which must be replaced before their complete exhaustion, in order to be avoided a non-operational printer's mode. Therefore, the built-in system of your laser device is constantly monitoring the remaining print resource of each installed toner cartridge. When the system detects a nearly empty toner cartridge/cartridges, it will display one or several of the listed below warning messages.

You should replace the indicated toner cartridges soon after the initial appearance of any/several of the listed warning messages. Otherwise, the toner of the nearly empty toner cartridges will be completely consumed very soon, which will lead to the disabling of all print operations. This non-operational printer's mode will be indicated with one of the listed below error messages.

You should also replace an installed toner cartridge/cartridges, if the following message ''TONER SENSOR ERROR XX'' is still displayed on the control LCD even after a correct re-installation of the indicated (in the error message) toner cartridge/cartridges.

Initially, you must open the top cover of your OKIDATA C5150N, and locate the exhausted toner cartridge. Please note that the installed toner cartridges are arranged in the following order, from the rear side of the machine: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. After that, you must unlock the exhausted toner cartridge by pulling its blue lock release lever towards you, but please avoid touching the internal printer components marked/labeled with ''Do Not touch'', and then detach the right side of the exhausted toner cartridge by pulling it upwards. Now, you must slide the exhausted toner cartridge to the right side of the printer, and then completely remove it from the compartment. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must unpack the new toner cartridge, and then shake it 7-8 times from side to side. After that, you must remove the protective tape from the new toner cartridge, and then insert the left side of the cartridge into the slot, but please avoid touching its blue lock release lever. Then, you must lower the right side of the new component into the slot. Once the new toner cartridge is inserted, you must lock it into place by pushing its blue lock release lever towards the rear side of the laser printer. Finally, you must clean the LED head (located on the top cover) with a LED lens cleaner, and then close the top cover of your OKIDATA C5150N.
