Panasonic DP-2330 Review
Generation after generation, Panasonic’s imaging technology delivers more and more versatility while ensuring reliability and cost-efficiency. This technology brought in another release, the DP-2330, a multifunction device that set another standard for what is called an exemplary performance. When you’re ready to strike a balance between copy, print, fax and scan features for a business of abusive demands, Panasonic DP-2330 is then your ultimate choice. Discover the ease of use and functionality right at your own fingertips that regarded as excellent and highly recommended by BERTL (Business Equipment Research and Test Laboratories) giving it a 4-star rating for its versatility over thousand competing multifunction devices of its type. Panasonic DP-2330 stands in its rectangular box resemblance that’s generally revamped in cream color with a single panel that’s prominent with it styled in gray. It should fit any work area with its aesthetically pleasing look made to complement any PC in the network and its distinctiveness is heightened by the simple yet smart looking lines in it. Several useful highlights are readily visible at the top that are embedded in the prominent panel in gray. These highlights include an extra-large half-VGA LCD display (640 x 240 pixels) and an array of several buttons for controls including those in green and red used for initiating and terminating print or copy actions.
If you’re amazed of the versatile features offered by past multifunction devices by Panasonic, then you shall be upgrading your amazement with the various versatility flexibility contained all in DP-2330. It incorporates the Digital SkyShot that provides copy from originals of unusual shapes or of small sizes without generating unnecessary black areas. There’s also the N-in-1 feature that enables copying of multiple originals onto a single sheet of paper and the Double Exposure function that doubles the savings with it allowing the user to create quality copies of small double-sided documents right at a single sheet of paper without black borders. Additional versatility is given by the built-in duplex unit, the Inverting Automatic Document Feeder (iADF), Image rotation and Sort copy function.
DP-2330 appears large standing with the dimensions of 23.6” x 27.9” x 33.9” (W x D x H) which means a considerable space for it to be accommodated making it a bit bulky. This dimensions also yielded a heavy weight at approximately 181 lbs. making mobility a problem. Windows operating system compatibility is also a hassle as by default, it is incompatible to newer operating systems namely Windows Vista and 7 since its compatibility are on operating systems prior to its release or in the case of Windows OS, its compatibility is only until Windows XP and so driver/s (if available, which may be found directly in the official manufacturer’s site) is/are needed to be downloaded and installed to be compatible with these newer operating systems. |
