Panasonic DP-2330 Copier Toner - 10,000 Pages (DP2330)
  OVER 50

Price:  $31.89
Product Description
Panasonic DP-2330 Copier Toner - 10,000 Pages (DP2330)

This toner cartridge prints 15000 pages with average 5% coverage (Nearly all Printer manufacturers base their ink/toner cartridge yields on 5% page coverage).

This product comes with a 6 month Warranty against any defects (including free replacement). We stand behind our products 100%, as these are not manufactured by Panasonic.

Why toner? Why not call it ink? Regular ink dries quickly, which is why cartridges for inkjet printers do not last long. Laser Printers use toner, which is ink in the form of powder. A sealed toner cartridge can be stored for 2+ years prior to usage.

When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge and a Waste Toner Container in the Panasonic DP-2330 Multifunction Laser Printer?
The Panasonic DP-2330 Multifunction Laser Printer features a built-in system, which is constantly monitoring the toner cartridge`s status. Once the system detects a low toner level, you will see the following error code/message ‘’U13: Low toner’’, and you should replace the nearly empty toner cartridge. Otherwise, the remaining toner will be consumed very soon, which will lead to the appearance of the following message ‘’U13: Out of Toner’’ and to the disabling of all printing operations. Herein, you should always keep a spare toner cartridge for your Panasonic DP-2330 Multifunction Laser Printer.

The previously described system is also monitoring the status of the waste toner container installed in your DP-2330. Once the waste toner container reaches the end of its useful life, you will see the following message ‘’U14: Toner Waste Container is Full’’, and a new waste toner container must be installed.
How to Install a Toner Cartridge and a Waste Toner Container in the Panasonic DP-2330 Multifunction Laser Printer
Initially, you must open the front cover of your Panasonic DP-2330 Multifunction Laser Printer. Then, you must remove the exhausted waste toner container by pulling it towards you, while pressing its lock release lever towards the right side of the printer. Now, you must seal the exhausted waste toner container with the included (on its front side) plastic lid, and then turn the exhausted toner cartridge left to unlocked position. After that, you must completely remove the exhausted toner cartridge from the printer by pulling it straight towards you. Once the exhausted toner cartridge is out, you must loosen the toner inside the new cartridge by shaking it 10-15 times horizontally, and then remove its sealing tape. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must completely insert the new toner cartridge into the printer` slot, and then secure the new cartridge into place by turning it right to locked position. Now, you must unpack and insert the new waste toner container into the waste toner container slot. Finally, you can close the front cover and test your Panasonic DP-2330 Multifunction Laser Printer.

Panasonic DP-2330 Review

Generation after generation, Panasonic’s imaging technology delivers more and more versatility while ensuring reliability and cost-efficiency. This technology brought in another release, the DP-2330, a multifunction device that set another standard for what is called an exemplary performance. When you’re ready to strike a balance between copy, print, fax and scan features for a business of abusive demands, Panasonic DP-2330 is then your ultimate choice. Discover the ease of use and functionality right at your own fingertips that regarded as excellent and highly recommended by BERTL (Business Equipment Research and Test Laboratories) giving it a 4-star rating for its versatility over thousand competing multifunction devices of its type. Panasonic DP-2330 stands in its rectangular box resemblance that’s generally revamped in cream color with a single panel that’s prominent with it styled in gray. It should fit any work area with its aesthetically pleasing look made to complement any PC in the network and its distinctiveness is heightened by the simple yet smart looking lines in it. Several useful highlights are readily visible at the top that are embedded in the prominent panel in gray. These highlights include an extra-large half-VGA LCD display (640 x 240 pixels) and an array of several buttons for controls including those in green and red used for initiating and terminating print or copy actions.

If you’re amazed of the versatile features offered by past multifunction devices by Panasonic, then you shall be upgrading your amazement with the various versatility flexibility contained all in DP-2330. It incorporates the Digital SkyShot that provides copy from originals of unusual shapes or of small sizes without generating unnecessary black areas. There’s also the N-in-1 feature that enables copying of multiple originals onto a single sheet of paper and the Double Exposure function that doubles the savings with it allowing the user to create quality copies of small double-sided documents right at a single sheet of paper without black borders. Additional versatility is given by the built-in duplex unit, the Inverting Automatic Document Feeder (iADF), Image rotation and Sort copy function.

Large paper volume handling needs are satisfied with the DP-2330’s paper sheet capacity made to complement with the busiest offices. Standard paper capacity is at 1150 sheets given by the dual 550-sheet paper drawer and the 50-sheet bypass tray perfect for handling prints onto special media types. If this still sounds insufficient to you, the standard 1150 paper capacity is expandable to a maximum of 2,250 paper sheets from various optional paper feeders.

Panasonic DP-2330 provides your copy needs at an impressive copy speed of 23 CPM (copies per minute) in a standard 600 x 600 DPI resolution with 256 gray scale steps. Warm-up time isn’t too bad at approximately 35 seconds from main power switch on and approximately 30 seconds form power saver mode that then delivers the first copy at around 4.5 seconds (letter size). It takes not only originals that are in letter size but also originals in ledger size as its maximum copy size capacity and invoice size as the minimum copy size capacity. Multiple copying is supported for up to 999 copies that then automatically resets to 1 and zooming can be than within 25% to 400% in 1% increments. Depending on the input, exposure control can be text, photo or text-photo and the copy system itself has an expandable memory for up to a maximum 144 MB from the standard 16 MB.

Leave the rush and bulk printing jobs to DP-2330 as it handles them excellently at 23 PPM (pages per minute) under three options for resolution—1200 x 600 DPI, 600 x 600 DPI and 300 x 300 DPI. Network and local printing is made easy by the available parallel, Ethernet and high speed USB 1.1 interface. Print system has a wide array of emulation support and has drivers for various platforms including Windows and Macintosh.

Scan needs is not an exception with it bringing you quality scans real quick at 30 OPM (originals per minute) under 150 x 150 DPI, 300 x 300 DPI or 600 x 600 DPI resolutions. Scanned documents can be saved and sent in TIFF or PDF format and with the Network Scanning Module, it becomes a high speed network scanner that revolutionizes document distribution with “scan to” function which include scan-to-mail.

The G3 compatible fax, of 33.6 Kbps modem speed with automatic fallback, first scans your documents at approximately 0.7 seconds and then transmits it at an impressive transmission speed of approximately 2.7 seconds. Effective scanning width is at 10.7” but this should not bother you about quality scans from other sizes as it has four different resolutions offered namely the standard mode at 203 DPI x 98 LPI, fine mode at 203 DPI x 196 LPI, super fine mode at 406 DPI x 391 LPI and the 600 DPI mode at 600 x 600 DPI.

DP-2330 appears large standing with the dimensions of 23.6” x 27.9” x 33.9” (W x D x H) which means a considerable space for it to be accommodated making it a bit bulky. This dimensions also yielded a heavy weight at approximately 181 lbs. making mobility a problem. Windows operating system compatibility is also a hassle as by default, it is incompatible to newer operating systems namely Windows Vista and 7 since its compatibility are on operating systems prior to its release or in the case of Windows OS, its compatibility is only until Windows XP and so driver/s (if available, which may be found directly in the official manufacturer’s site) is/are needed to be downloaded and installed to be compatible with these newer operating systems.
