Depending on the input, exposure control can be text, photo or text-photo and the copy system itself has an expandable memory for up to a maximum 144 MB from the standard 16 MB.

The G3 compatible fax, of 33.6 Kbps modem speed with automatic fallback, first scans your documents at approximately 0.7 seconds and then transmits it at an impressive transmission speed of approximately 2.7 seconds. Effective scanning width is at 10.7” but this should not bother you about quality scans from other sizes as it has four different resolutions offered namely the standard mode at 203 DPI x 98 LPI, fine mode at 203 DPI x 196 LPI, super fine mode at 406 DPI x 391 LPI and the 600 DPI mode at 600 x 600 DPI.

Cons:

DP-2330 appears large standing with the dimensions of 23.6” x 27.9” x 33.9” (W x D x H) which means a considerable space for it to be accommodated making it a bit bulky. This dimensions also yielded a heavy weight at approximately 181 lbs. making mobility a problem. Windows operating system compatibility is also a hassle as by default, it is incompatible to newer operating systems namely Windows Vista and 7 since its compatibility are on operating systems prior to its release or in the case of Windows OS, its compatibility is only until Windows XP and so driver/s (if available, which may be found directly in the official manufacturer’s site) is/are needed to be downloaded and installed to be compatible with these newer operating systems.
