XEROX PHASER 3200 TONER CARTRIDGE

Your Xerox Phaser 3200 Multifunctional Laser Printer is based on the 1-piece print cartridge system, which means that the toner cartridge and the drum are integrated in a single assembly – the installed toner cartridge. To maintain your Xerox Phaser 3200 Multifunctional Laser Printer in an optimal technical condition, you should clean the integrated drum at least once every 500 pages. Please press the following keys and select the corresponding menus in the same sequence as listed to clean the drum (please note: [XXXX] – Button; ‘’XXXX’’ – Control Panel Menu): [Menu] – ‘’Maintenance’’ – ‘’Clean Drum’’ – [Enter].
The Xerox Phaser 3200 Multifunctional Laser Printer is equipped with a precise built-in system that monitors the status of all installed consumables constantly. The system will display one of the listed and explained messages on the LCD screen if a toner cartridge related abnormality occurs. All print-quality issues associated with toner cartridge related abnormalities are also included. Please follow the detailed instructions given after each of the listed indications.

‘’CRU Fuse Error’’ is displayed – There is a hardware problem with a component of the installed toner cartridge. You should try to resolve the problem by reinstalling the toner cartridge. Please install a new toner cartridge if the problem persists.

‘’Open Front Door <> Remove Paper’’ – A paper jam in the toner cartridge area has been detected. Please clear the jam.

‘’Toner Empty’’ – Printing is not possible because the installed toner cartridge is empty. You must install a new toner cartridge to reset/clear the message, and resp. to restore the normal functionality of your Xerox Phaser 3200 Multifunctional Laser Printer.

‘’Toner Low’’ – There is only a small amount of toner left in the installed cartridge. You must make sure that you have a new toner cartridge in stock. You should install the new toner cartridge when print quality becomes unacceptable.

‘’Install Toner’’ – You must make sure that the toner cartridge is installed correctly. Please install a new toner cartridge if the problem persists.

‘’Invalid Toner’’ – The installed toner cartridge is not for your Xerox Phaser 3200 Multifunctional Laser Printer. You must purchase a new, supported toner cartridge, and install it into the printer.

‘’Non-genuine Toner’’ – You should press the [Copy Quality] or the [Clear] button to be able to continue printing.

‘’Replace Toner’’ – You should follow the detailed instructions given further below to install a new toner cartridge in your monochrome laser printer.

‘’Toner Exhausted <> Replace Toner’’ – The installed toner cartridge has reached its expiration date. You must install a new toner cartridge.

Please install a new toner cartridge if any of the listed print-quality issues is still present after drum cleaning.

You should always keep an unpacked, new toner cartridge for your Xerox Phaser 3200 Multifunctional Laser Printer in stock. The complete replacement procedure is included below.

Initially, you must turn off the Xerox Phaser 3200 Multifunctional Laser Printer and unplug its power cord. Then, you must open the front cover by pulling its upper section towards you. After that, you must pull the used toner cartridge towards you while pushing it slightly down to remove it from the main unit, and then remove the manual tray. Now, you must clean the toner cartridge cavity with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth, and then wipe the long strip glass (LSU). In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must reinsert the manual tray, unpack the new toner cartridge, and remove the paper covering the new component.
