When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Ricoh Aficio 2035 Laser Printer?

Your Ricoh Aficio 2035 Laser Printer consumes a certain amount of the resource of all installed consumable components with each new print/copy. The installed toner cartridge is also a consumable component, which has the shortest lifespan in comparison with the other consumable components installed in your laser printer. How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Ricoh Aficio 2035 Laser Printer

You must start the replacement procedure by opening the front cover, but please make sure that your Ricoh Aficio 2035 Laser Printer is in a ‘’stand-by’’/’’ready’’ mode. Then, you must move the green handle of the toner cartridge holder to a horizontal position (pull the handle gently upwards). In the next step, you must push the green lever, which is located under the toner cartridge holder, towards the right side of the printer, and then slowly pull the toner cartridge holder towards you (use the green handle). After that, you must push the exhausted toner cartridge gently towards the rear side of the holder, and then pull the cartridge out of the machine. Once the exhausted component is removed, you must unpack the new toner cartridge (without removing its black outer cap), and then shake it 8-10 times horizontally, in order the toner to be loosened and redistributed. Now, you must remove the black outer cap, and then insert the new toner cartridge into the holder. At this stage of the replacement procedure, you must lock the new toner cartridge by pressing its front side forward, and then push the toner cartridge holder towards the main unit until it clicks into place. Finally, you must fold down the green handle of the holder, and then close the front cover of your Ricoh Aficio 2035 Laser Printer.
