RICOH AFICIO CL1000N COLOR TONER CARTRIDGES SET

The Ricoh Aficio CL1000n Printer is based on the CMYK color system, which means that the machine uses four toner colors to produce full-color output. You can check the amount of toner that remains in the installed toner cartridges from the [Status] section of the [Web Image Monitor] menu.
You should replace the installed toner cartridges when any of the listed alert messages and print quality problems appears.

[Add Toner XXX] – The Ricoh Aficio CL1000n Printer has detected that the amount of toner remaining in the indicated toner cartridge is insufficient. Please replace the specified toner cartridge with a new one.

[Check Toner Crtg XXX/XXX] – Your Ricoh Aficio CL1000n Printer cannot initialize the specified toner cartridge. The most common causes for this problem are:

Incorrect toner cartridge installation
Missing toner cartridge
Defective toner cartridge
Incompatible toner cartridge

You should try to solve the problem by reinstalling the indicated toner cartridge. Please replace the specified toner cartridge if the same error occurs again.

[Toner is Almost Empty: XXX] – The amount of toner remaining in the specified toner cartridge will be consumed within 250 pages at 5% coverage. You must make sure that you have a new set of toner cartridges in stock.

Please note that the installed toner cartridges may need to be changed even when the toner levels are sufficient due to deterioration over the usage period. For example, you should replace the installed toner cartridges if:

A color(s) is missing or partially blurred
The entire printout is blurred
White, black, and/or color streaks appear

Initially, you must open the front cover of your Ricoh Aficio CL1000n Printer, and then pull the exhausted toner cartridge slowly and carefully out of the main compartment. Please do not shake the used toner cartridges. After that, you must unpack a new toner cartridge of the corresponding color, and then shake it several times up and down. Now, you must remove the protective cover from the front end of the new toner cartridge, and then insert the new component into the corresponding toner cartridge slot as far as it will go. Finally, you must close the front cover of the printer.
